2025 Certification Inspection Guidance Workshop

Welcome.
The Laboratory Medicine Foundation and the Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine will jointly host the 2025 Certification Inspection Guidance Workshop as follows.
This workshop will introduce the 2025 inspection checklist requirements and cover matters to prepare before certification inspection and points to note during inspection.
Since 2023, the Laboratory Medicine Foundation has implemented real-name verification for individual members. Registration, credit confirmation, and certificate printing are provided by individual member account, so only individual members whose real-name verification has been confirmed may register individually. Group registration is not available; however, for bank transfer, group payment through an institutional account is possible.
Advance registration is available only online through the Foundation website (http://lmf.or.kr/). Please log in with an individual member ID, not an institutional member ID, and proceed with registration. When joining as an individual member and registering in advance, please enter your license number and e-mail address accurately.
Thank you.

• *A completion certificate is issued only when at least 120 minutes of lectures in total are completed.
• *Korean Medical Association credits are granted only for application to and attendance at the offline workshop on December 3. One credit is granted per hour, up to six credits.
• *Korean Association of Medical Technologists credits are recognized as one credit when at least one hour of education is completed within the workshop period for which you applied. Participation is possible both offline and online, but credit is recognized as one credit for only one of the attended formats.
• *Cancellations and refunds are not available after the advance registration deadline, Saturday, November 30.

Receipt Printing Guide

• Credit card / quick bank transfer sales receipt
  - Receipts can be viewed and printed from the Toss Payments payment history page (https://consumer.tosspayments.com/payment-history/card).
• Laboratory Medicine Foundation receipt
  - Receipts can be viewed and printed from MYPAGE (Workshop/Education History > Certification Inspection Guidance) after payment confirmation for card payment or deposit confirmation for bank transfer.
